Wine Awakenings: The Basics

Like a composer selecting words to accompany a melody, in this experience, we’ll understand and paint mental images of wines. This knowledge will assist us when ordering at a restaurant or making a purchase from a wine merchant.
The evening’s melody will be composed of five wines, including a prestigious appellation, in a serene atmosphere with Fabio Miccoli, awarded Best Sommelier of Switzerland, Italy, and Germany.
