Take a hike in the breath-taking Alpine Vineyards from Geneva to Graubünden through Neuchâtel, l’Aargau and Ticino.
Join us as we sample nectars from amazing and some of the rarest Swiss producers like
Christophe Abbet (Valais) , Nicolas Bonnet (Genève) et Gantenbein (Grisons) accompanied by an exceptional selection of cheese and charcuterie.
This epicurean journey will be guided by Fabio Miccoli, awarded Best Sommelier in Switzerland, Italy, and Germany.
Program:
Brief presentation on the specificities of viticulture and production in Switzerland, followed by a comparative tasting of 8 great nectars.
